An article on PC World has some geeky ways to track Santa this year. Aside from Norad's standard Track Santa web page which has been around for years, you can now track Santa with Google Maps Mobile on your BlackBerry!

If you don't already have Google Maps on your BlackBerry (is there anyone that doesn't?), just go to http://www.google.com/gmm and get it - OTA of course.

Now fire it up, select Search Map from the menu, and enter norad santa. You'll be brought to Santa's current location with a cute little Santa icon!

If you hit [Enter] and go to the Details tab and click on the Learn More link, you'll be taken to Google in your BlackBerry's Browser for the current location.

It appears that Google has taken over all the mapping for Santa, and aside from the Norad map, you can also track it with a Google Earth plug-in, as well as get Tweets on Twitter from @noradsanta.

It's nice to see Santa's keeping up with technology!

Ok I checked on Santa and he's on the Island of Yap in Micronesia. Thanks for the info-didn't know you couls track him on Google. "Life is not measured by the breaths we take but by the moments that take our breath away"

Yot beat me to it. I've been tracking the north pole in alaska for a couple days. It woud have been a 3day drive. But I see he is in indonesia
