If this happened in the Seattle area, this problem would be fixed ASAP...cause the Corporate offices of T-mobile are located across the lake from Seattle in Bellevue...(factoria area)

Im in DC, with Major issues. My TMO Pearl is showing full service, but i cant send or recieve text, or emails, but i can use the web fine. Cant recieve calls either, but can make them. Its the crazyiest thing Ive ever experienced!

Do you get congestion? That is probably do to too many people trying to get on the phone at the same time.

I have t-mobile, and during rush hours traffic, I couldn't make a call out...i actually talked to a verizon and cingular rep later that night at my work....(they came in as a customer) and told me all the networks had this problem....cause of the snow storm. Reminder this is in the Seattle Area.

(if you family or friends have a blackberry, you can pin them, data should work)

I'm here in la, I haven't experianced any loss of anything here on my end. I would think the east and west coast major cities along the coast wouldn't be affected as much.

Finally got information from someone at TMO who KNOWS what they are talking about:
"I looked and saw for whatever reason there are about 21 sites
down in your area. Not sure why, but they have engineers out there
physically working on them, so probably weather related."

Would have posted that earlier, but as you may be able to guess, with no service on the BB, it was impossible to get emails.
