New York City is already running the 3G network, Miami will be next then Chicago. They are hitting the Major city first. My friend is a manager at one of the T-mobile store. He informed me of this last week.

I really don't want to change carriers - I like T-Mobile, wi-fi, etc. but it's disappointing to think that 3g in Arkansas will come right after pigs learn to fly. Of course there's hope: see this.
