Very good read! They should have fit the Nexus in there too, but you cant really argue with this list.

I agree the Nexus One should be on there. I'm not real sure the Palm should be.

If you had to remove one of those picks to add the Nexus one, what would it be?

I think they are choosing what they think is THE best smartphone from each platform. Thus, to add the Nexus One they would have to remove the Droid.

Good article, thanks for the information. I think Hayden is correct, they would have to remove the Android to put the Nexus One in there.

In answer to the question though, I would probably remove the Palm Pre Plus to add the Nexus One. I'm being biased because I haven't used the Nexus One yet, but I think the Palm Pre Plus is in 5th place of the provided list IMO.

Nice collection, I'll take one of each please Each one has some pros and cons, surprised by the horrible battery rating for the Pre Plus, thought that might be a nice phone for my mom, but she will hate poor battery life....

    I'd remove the BlackBerry

No.. really I would. I've used the Palm Pre and it's a bit promising. The BB however was promising like.. 10 years ago.

Yeah, I agree, replace the BB or the Palm with the Nexus. Take away the Droid, you know, "The Gadget of the year", would discredit the whole list!

Interesting list... BUT "Storage Memory" for the 9700 is 1G??? What's that all about??? All 9700's come with a 2G media card, and can handle a 32G card. I'm not sure where they are getting their stats from.

    Internal memory.

The Droid comes with 16gb cards out of the box.
