1. Right now, I'm "training" my battery, so it's only when it completely runs out (I'm a blackberry newbie and loving it!)2. I use both, though I use the USB mostly when I'm syncing anyway.3. If you mean USB cables in general, about a million! :-) But just one for my BB4. I use it to transfer music, videos, etc.5. I feel totally disconnected from the world when my phone isn't charged! It makes me feel like all sorts of wonderful (or horrible!) things could be happening and I wouldn't know.

hyperventilation, complete panic attacks bordering on psychosis...... My BB and I are a close-knit couple and a lack of charge results in separation anxiety. I use my BB to track my medication dosages and times -- for me it's life or death!!!! ok, maybe not that bad, but missing dosages make me very cranky! Blackberry=freedom and a funloving lifestyle.

My day was much quieter, due to the lack of the constant sound of the theme song from SpongeBob, Squarepants... I really need to pick another tune to play, when a call comes in. I wonder if that's why I get strange looks from my boss, during business meetings?!?

2. Rarely use AC charging. I'm on a computer or in my car most of the day, so that's where my BB gets charged.
3. How many do I own? No idea...but I currently have 4 cables deployed for my daily charging needs.
4. I use cables for all types of things. Transferring a TON of work to my BB to work on at home, media transfers, etc. I specifically look for USB compatibility when purchasing new gadgets like media players, or my new favorite my GPS puck.
5. I'm pretty obsessive about charging, so it has never been a problem. Aside from the obvious problem about being obsessive about charging my BB.

Recently I was on holiday in Myrtle Beach and my gps conked out. I thought I could fall back on my blackberry, but allas! I had gotten lax in my travels and the gps was shortlived due to my lack of charging. This was a costly oversight as I drove aimlessly trying to get my bearings..... Lesson learned!
