Take Control of your Mobile Life with Skydeck ![]() Ever wished you could manage your phone records like you manage your emails? Well now you can with Skydeck. This free application provides access to the type of data you wish your mobile carrier was providing. Skydeck accesses your on line billing information and downloads it to your Skydeck account. Now you can track and search your phone records in much the same way you do your emails now. Skydeck will even import your contacts from Outlook, Plaxo, Gmail, Hotmail , or Yahoo and combine this information into your screens, Now its easy to see who, when, how often and how long your calls are. You can review your recent calls and save notes on calls or contacts. Firefox users even get a tool bar that will help you monitor your current month and tells you how many minutes and text messages you have used this month, so you won't go over (or you'll know to change your plan if you do). Currently available in the USA for AT&T, Verizon, TMO, and Sprint customers. Read more or get Skydeck |

I did install it this morning. Pretty painless. No issues so far. The Firefox version has a tool bar add on that will display your remaining minutes and text messages for the current month which is pretty cool as well. Make sure you import your contacts for the best results.....then you will get your contact name and other info in your displays.... |

| The password is stored locally, so there is really nothing to worry about. So far it's useful to me mainly because of the minutes / texts remaining function in the toolbar. The stats on the site are fairly interesting, especially seeing who calls who more. Not much to it as yet, but I can see it drawing in more if friends sign up.

| Starmile is correct. Below is an exceprt from an email from Jason Devitt, CEO of Skydeck.... "Two questions that you are likely to get straight away are what carriers do we support and how do we protect user's data? Right now we support individual and family plans for the top 4 carriers in the US, but not corporate plans. We treat your cell phone data the way other companies treat your financial data: bank-level encryption, no employee access to your data without your express permission, and you don't even have to give us the username and password to your cell phone account, since our toolbar stores your credentials on your PC or Mac, not on our servers." Today I got my first weekly summary emailed to me from Skydeck ( actually I was not aware of this feature) it includes: Your Top 10 Conversations for the week (appears to be ranked by contact and number of mintues) Who moved up and down in your contact list (includes names of people you have not spoken to in a while with a note that you might want to call them). Changes to your Network (of contacts) Account Balance (this is great - lists how many days are left in the billing cycle and shows you your usage MTD) |

I signed up since I saw it on TMONews about 2 weeks ago I think it was? Great for tracking and I've already made a few suggestions to them on the reporting piece |
