    ok guys I officially give up ill stick with .81 from tmo...DM keeps saying that there are no available Software to update to even though it finds it.

    after you go to update, if nothing shows up....did you try clicking on Advanced??

    ok tried one last thing and it sems to be working....i opened the apploader thru C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Research In Motion\AppLoader with out going thru DM which technically is like going the old school way and seems to be working...right now its erasing applications

    I did and got the same results...its just weird cuz i never had this problem

    Happens sometimes, I guess. Not sure if anyone else suggested this, but I would've had you go through and uninstall any OS and DM via the control panel, reboot your PC and then reinstall everything from scratch. Keep that in mind for future reference, but running the Loader app from the file folder is the back door route.

    now that you mention that i did all of that except restart the pc...you think restarting has a lot to do with that?
