Maybe T-Mo is dropping the Curve for the new Javelin thats coming out. Us at Sprint and Verizon just got the Curve on the network and we are enjoying what others have been for about a year.

Do we have to do anything to get the upgrade?

So AT&T is enhancing features incorporated in an os upgrade they haven't made available yet? Doesn't make sense. How did you get 4.5?

Putting links to unofficial betas will get folks banned from here. The official releases are 4.5.0.18 and .37. There are many others floating out there. I upgraded to .44 and so far, there are few problems...only minor stuff.

In terms of the BIS upgrades...the carriers will likely push the updated service books to your device. If they DON'T, then log in through your cell provider and resend the service books yourself.

Ok... I got a quick question...
How do I do a "Battery Pull"?
What does the Battery Pull do?
And what does "BIS" stand for?

I know its a n00b question, but sorry fellas...

A battery pull is what the phrase implies...you open you battery door and literally pull out the battery (for up to 30 seconds) and reinsert it. It does a "hard reboot" of your BB...useful when the phone freezes up on you.

BIS stands for Blackberry Internet Service.

    I hope this helps .

Open the back of the phone. Pull out the battery. Replace battery, then replace the back of the phone.

What does the Battery Pull do?

Full reboot of the phone much like turning your computer all the way off and on again.

And what does "BIS" stand for?

    Blackberry Internet Service

I have my old Pearl also and upgraded that to 4.5.0.37...and actually, that has been more stable than my .44 on my Curve, but still...no big issues on my Curve.

I recommend you stick with .37 because there really aren't any noticeable differences from my experience so far with them.

I'm also TMo by the way ...let's "Stick Together"...LOL
