isn't this false advertisement since I have a T-Mobile 8100 and have not been able to get to the AOL and MSN client? I thought that the T-Mobile locked these clients or something to make it impossible for T-mobile customers to use?

Just wondering cause if these client do indeed works on the 8120, I would have to contact t-mobile and find out why it doesn't work for 8100 since it seems to be the carrier's end that made it impossible in the first place. Limited IM Clients have been an issues for me since I've gotten the phone since I still can't get the JiveTalk for a while yet.

The 8100 was the Last to use the old SMS IM clients. THer Curve has AIM Yahoo, MSN, And ICQ as Data clients. AIM has been made available for the 8100 if you go to mobile.blackberry.com on the broswer of the blackberry. I have the curve but I was using Jive talk on my Pearl. and after a month of using the free one on the Curve I went back and for Jive talk again. I like it better. more usful

That is lame that you have to be 21 years old or older to enter the contest.

the AIM client is available now? thanks! now i can finally stay logged in all 3 IM (Yahoo, AOL, and MSN (MSN via OZ messenger)) though right now I can't find the AOL client via the mobile.blackberry.com,

though i still don't really understand why the MSN client still don't work on 8100, or the other clients before?

I had used the JiveTalk trial and it is awesome. but I'll have to wait a few weeks before I'll be able to afford the app

About the age limit of 21 years old, i suspect that it has more to do with general contest laws rather than if you could get the phone at a younger age. it might be similar to how you can only go to casino if you was 21 or over even if the place had no alcohols and whatnot.

This phone is so sick !!!!
Do you think it would be stupid to replace my Curve with the 8120 ?
Would that be considered a downgrade ?
