    i'm having issues connecting with file manager and my ftp server.
    i get
    file system disconnected
    the documentation is a bit old (guess it was meant for the pay version)
    i'm positive its probably me and my settings ... will submit a ticket

    This is a great app, thanks for making it free guys!

    Is anyone else able to open say a word doc, or pdf from the network? When I try, I get an error that says "No viewer found for selected file type." However I am able to open jpg's. Just wondering if it is a limitation of the app, or if it's me.

    This is just more of a wish, not a complaint, but it would be cool to be able to copy a file from the network to the memory card, if it's even possible.

    Paul....just curious....its been about 4-5 days after submitting my ticket and I've heard no response on getting some help setting up the file manager with my box.net account....

    I dropped a ticket two or thrEe days ago with no response. Program sounds great but support is neccesary

    Is it possible the response got stuck in your spam filter, usually our support team responds to all tickets within a few hours, although sometime some things get marked as spam.
