Great app...downloaded and tried it's a bit slow in responding to bb to desktop command....ex: I select my address book on bb and the viewer take about 30 sec or so to open/show my address book via desktop! But over all I am loving it!! Now it would be cool if you could do everything via the Rove application....chat/email/edit....etc I know I am never satisfied..but hey it's free...Lol thanks Hyden and developer Good job!!

I may sound abit dim but does this program allow you to actually control your BB via the pc? Meaning that if was to click on the mouse it would activated my BB? Can I watch videos stored on my memory card ? Does it work on bis ?

No it does not work on the Mac, it is Windows only. The reason is because the usb api's we are using to connect to the BlackBerry are only available on Windows.

It will probably work if you use Parallels or VMWare Fusion on your Intel Mac though, although I have never tried it myself.

Rove Mobile Viewer for BlackBerry does not allow you to control the BlackBerry from the PC. It only displays your BlackBerry's screen on your PC. You can use it to capture screenshots or video of your BlackBerry and save it to your PC, or you can use it if you need to do a presentation in front of a large group of people and need to show them your BlackBerry on a large screen.

The Mobile Viewer is quite nice, especially for the price! It will help a lot when we're deploying new units and have to do a demo.

It would be very cool if you could go another step further and control the BlackBerry from the PC.
