I think it's good to keep a positive outlook on things!

~via BB (wap.pinstack.com)~Iphone is really expensive, and because of that RIM stands a chance. But still too many people are brain washed by apple. And the multimedia features that the bb now have with the pearl and upcoming 88xx/8300 will also help because RIM is also targeting those "other" consumers. I'm still rooting for RIM tho

~via BB (wap.pinstack.com)~I agree. I think that most people still associate the I with music or media and its going to take some time before the public is really going to trust spending money like that on an Iphone. Even my die hard apple friends that don't have bbs' are going to choose the 8800 over it after they researched into both.
    I'm rooting for RIM.

~via BB (wap.pinstack.com)~apple is a player in music but look at their computer sales versus Windows units or Linux. The point is that Apple is a great company but does not dominate in every market they enter. The iPhone will do well but dominate to the point of owning the market? That means AT&#t will be the largest cell phone service times two
    My thoughts!

I think Apple will meet its goal to sell 10 million iPhones worldwide. Further, they are a terrific company for creating and marketing their products. I really think they are selling a new iPod that has features way beyond any past iPod....oh, and it has a phone in it, too. It will sell like crazy as they have sold over 100 million iPods.

~via BB (wap.pinstack.com)~it defiantly exclusie to Cingular till 2008. I I agree with the Michel lazarids. Apple has made the smart phone cool. Let's face when most people hear blackberry they think business. Little do most know that a lot can be done with BB especial since the pearl and the 8800. With the hefty price tag that apple and Cingular are looking at 649.99 2yr for the base model. A lot of people will be subject to want to see what else is out there. I'm excited I can't wait for the launch!I am a data specialist for Cingular

~via BB (wap.pinstack.com)~I have a question for everyone who's posting on this forum.
Who do you think spends the amount of money that most smart phones cost? College students who want to browse the web while watching reruns of the OC on their I pod phone or buisness people.

Re: RIM Says IPhone may Help BlackBerry sales

~via BB (wap.pinstack.com)~The I phone won't allow the same amount of 3rd party applications that blackberry has.
Its going to be apple exclusive. I'm not paying that kind of money for a limited selection.
I may be biased, but I definatly think that the most money that apple will make out of this is whatever deal they worked out with cisco.
