Yeah I was having the lower case edge on my phone with tmo in fl. But it seems like everything is up and running. At first I thought it was something with my device that I did to it. ~via BB (wap.pinstack.com)~

I am in San Diego and just got off the phone with Cingula rep and the outage is still in effect. They gave me a ticket number of TT000004556101, If any Cingular customer calls can ask if this ticket number is still active. If it is, outage still in effect.

Hello everyone. Just found out that as of 5:00 am EST this morning RIM has indicated no ETR. Sorry for the bad news. It seems like this is a work in progress. I'm glad some of you folks are seeing results. Again any updates i will post.

ETTR: (Estimated time of resolution) None

- Issue:RIM is reporting network issues.

- Current Status:RIM continue to report slow steady improvement. RIM reporting traffic has increased over AT&T links. RIM will continue to monitor logs. RIM rolled back to to a known working software revision which was upgraded last weekend. 60% of RIM BES connections have reconnected.

- Customer Impact:Customers sending or recieving RIM BIS or BES emails may be latent.

According to RIM, they are bringing the systems back up slowly and in stages. They are afraid that the tremendous backlog of data on their network will cause a bigger problem if they open the floodgates all at once.
