Here is an update. I just go to work so i'm slowly conjuring up information... sorry for the vagueness.

ETTR: (Estimated time of resolution) 04-17-2007 23:11 Pacific

- Issue:RIM is reporting network issues.

- Current Status:RIM continue to report slow steady improvement. RIM reporting traffic has increased over AT&T links. RIM will continue to monitor logs. RIM rolled back to to a known working software revision which was upgraded last weekend. 60% of RIM BES connections have reconnected.

- Customer Impact:Customers sending or recieving RIM BIS or BES emails may be latent.


So as of right now it seems that this issue should be resolved by the end of the day, Pacific time. If there are any more updates i will let you folks know.

It is currently 5:53am here on the west coast (Los Angeles). I just tried to send a message and it failed. I received around 6 emails at 1am, but nothing since.

It's from the 23rd hour of the 17th. He just read it as he arrived to work this morning is my understanding.
