RIM chief upbeat about BlackBerry's future
When asked how Research in Motion would add 10 million more subscribers to its BlackBerry service, Co-CEO Jim Balsillie certainly didn't seem too worried about the question.
"We're focused on the fundamentals, driving the hardware, the channel, launching carriers," he said. "I don't want to sound cavalier, but it's about when--not if."
Speaking to the audience at the RBC Capital Markets' North American Technology Conference in San Francisco, Balsillie sounded confident about RIM's future. I dont blame him, come on BlackBerry's are hot right now. Everyone wants one. Especially with the new features they are about to release, its gonna give palm and windows mobile a run for the money!
