I have a guy in our office that uses the Freedom. He loves it. He takes recorded statements out in the field, and types his notes out as he goes so he doesn't have to do it when he gets back to the office. Definitely the way to go.

If only I had 10 fingers.................my wife says I'm all thumbs!

Seriously, I've been using the Universal Keyboard for over a year now, and it's never given me a problem.

I also have switched devices 3 or 4 times, and use it with my Dell Axim as well. The service department has always been top notch at getting me new registration codes or handling support issues.

I believe the company is located in the UK; once they wake up, they seem to jump on emails to support.
