Hi Lee, I trust you got my email. We are not supporting 8700 yet. I'll let you know when it is available. PIMSync is an old name, we'll change that. Best, Julian
Is this an ota download? My Curve won't go that site without getting error 503.

has anyone been able to get this program to work? sounds like a good idea for a program anyway!
Hi all, I'm sorry you are having problems with the application. Our support team is checking into these issues and we will report back.
will this program work if you have an external gps receiver that connects thru bluetooth?
Thanks for the question. Proxpro Prompt won't work on the Pearl yet and we have not tested external gps receivers.
I guess thats why it doesn't work on mine. I installed it on my 8300 with external GPSr on att!
Mine's an 8800 on ATT, and thus has internal GPS, so I'm not sure that's the source of the problem, given that our problems seem to be similar.

- you should see when to leave alerts for events with valid addresses
- if you don't please re-download the app at http://wap.proxpro.com/prompt
We are still investigating the 907 error.
