Okay, deleted the app, re-installed, did a battery pull (just in case)

And Still Step 4 "App Time Out"

I know Vlingo works on my device as the pre-released (beta version) worked fine with 4.5 OS....this really sucks!!!!

I don't usually do this (lol) but I'm about to give up......

Has anyone dowloaded it to the 8320 yet? I get stuck on step 4 when you have to say " web search concert tickets". i followed all of the network instructions and it gives me the same error.

    Carrier: AT&T
    Blackberry model: Curve 8310
    OS version: v4.2.2.170

Hey everyone! I'm having trouble with the install of vlingo. It appears to download and install correctly, but when I launch the app, it tells me that some "required permissions" are still not set. Specifically:

    Connections: Phone
    Connections: Carrier Internet

I click the "Try Again" option and confirm that both are set to "ALLOW" and then hit save, but it keeps returning to the same screen.

I've done a soft reset, pulled the battery, deleted the app and reinstalled...still no change. Anyone else have a fix for this?

    Any help is greatly appreciated!

I think more people are having trouble downloading the final build than the beta version..which is mind boggling!!!

I can't install it, get stuck on Step 4, and I've given up

I installed vlingo and I keep getting a screen that says "app error 523 Reset". I reset after giving the necessary permissions. All I can do is reset and I get the same screen after resetting multiple times. I have an 8820 running the latest Tmobile OS (no upgrades to the OS, just the stock OS). I can't do anything except reset over and over. Is there anything I can do to just get back in to the phone and uninstall or anything at all? Please help.
    Thanks in adavnce.

Sorry - I failed to mention that I also did a battery pull twice to see if that would work - still no luck.

TCP setting for Tmobile is: wap.voicestream.com
I believe the Direct is for the carrier data, Proxied is for BES.
but i may be wrong ^^
