Amazingly, it works on 1x service!! Brief buffer and occasional pause, but much better than I would have thought. Im on 8130, 1x, and 4.3. whatever the rest is.

Just for clearification in 4.5 beta on the 8310 I can get as far as opening the video in the player but before it starts I get the error reading:

"an error had ocurred attempting to play media"

I have tried opening it thorugh browser, opera mini 4.0, and 4.1 beta. In both versions of opera the link to the play the video cannot be clicked, so I haven't been able to open the video.

Really hope this isn't an issue in the final release of os 4.5.

it does need os 4.3(os 4.5) On the newer OS you directly go to youtube.com without putting m.youtube/pinstack. itll automatically take you to a mobile you tube site where you can stream all the youtube videos you want. Feels like we're taking a long endless ride to nowhere with no release date of the new OS..

They (PinStack) forgot to mention that most BlackBerry users will be unable to view the videos from their devices - as you pointed out cherrichiodo, unless you're using BlackBerry OS 4.3 or higher (which is not too many devices), it simply will not work.

You may be able to view them at blueapple.mobi (http://www.blueapple.mobi), if you search for them though...

I still need some help here guys. When I go to the site, click on a link to play a movie, it tries to play the movie, but then errors out.

I'm running a Pearl 8130, OS 4.3.0.65. Any suggestions?

I ususally watch video from www.tinytube.net. I'm not sure if the BB has the capability to stream youtube videos.

I have installed 4.5.0.37 on my Curve 8310. Everything is working fine. However youtube and m.youtube is not working. When I click on any video, it loads the Media Player and then gives this error "Can not find web address. Verify that this web address is valid".

Can anyone please help.

Youtube is now working for me on my 8820.. no problems at all running smooth. All except it when connected thru edge, video may get laggy. When connected via wifi, its a breeze.
