    Here's what I did(if I can remember)...I followed the link then entered an email ad with my number then pressed next. Then it will ask if you want to enter more #s if not click next. Then it will ask for your bb email ad to send the password. Then it gave me a username (a bunch of numbers) I copied and pasted it then entered my pin emailed to my bb. Loggin in was a breeze. Then I follwed the instructions on how to forward the calls.you can find the instructions under the tab that says "voicemail plus: VM plus sources" And then of course I did some run tests... So far so good, now I can't get wait to get a vmail.

    Hope this helps anyone, just tryin to return the favor

    Yeah - very cool app - if it worked. I attempted to use the app following all of the instructions above - my only issue is that as a Tmo user, as customer service reports: 'the wap.voicestream.com' setting needs to be plugged into the TCP settings. This I have done, but I am still unable to get the handheld version of the app to recognize there are 4 messages waiting. I am deleting the handheld download only to attempt reinstalling it . . . will follow up with details.

    I have finally got the program on my 8130 but have to receive a message on the handheld appication short of the test message thanking for downloading the program. Will swith back to You Mail for now and monitor the forum for updates.

    You have to log onto the site once you've downloaded the program to set up your numbers. They will email you a pin that you'll need for setup.

    Ok I have an 8130....how do you forward unanswered calls?lol.....under call forwarding the only option I get is do not forward or enter a number to forward to.that's it....any ideas?~via BB (wap.pinstack.com)~

    Did all that.

    My issue in this post was resolved when the company sent me an apology for tech difficulties on their end.

    It looks like all the issues some of us had have been resolved.

    i have this on my phone the only problem that i have is it wont play the message from my phone it says tunnel error when i try to play from the app on my phone i get the message to play on the website so i know its there. any suggestions

    THe answer to the tunnel error message is to please be sure that your WAP settings are configured correctly. AT&T Users : WAP.CINGULAR.COM (Need to contact carrier to change). T-Mobile Users: WAP.VOICESTREAM.COM (changes can be made from your handset). I hope this helps.     i did not enter my BB email address (.....@att.blackberry.net), instead i used a gmail. bad idea, now i have found out that you have to use the bb address and i need to change it, but you cant. any ideas?
