    Yeah but when you absolutely have to have your blackberry protected in extreme environments $50 isn't bad.

    When I was a rafter monkey I'd drop my cell all the time; this would have come in handy.

    Actually it's $49.95.

    To protect a product valued $300 to $400 i think it's a small investment.

    When I upgraded to the curve this Otterbox was not available so I got this instead:

    It does just about the same just. Only won't be as tuff under more extreme situations. For me with regular drops etc it's perfect.

    i had one of the OEM silicon sleeves. It ripped a week ago. Sadly my curve decided to jump out of my case and go pavement skating yesterday. I wish I had this thing a few days ago!!! I want to wait it out for the all black otterbox but my phone is nekid right now. whats a man to do?

    These are awesome cases! I had one on my Pearl and just upgraded to the Curve. Have already ordered this case. Can't wait for it to arrive!!! It makes the phone such a tank without a whole lot of bulk~via BB (wap.pinstack.com)~

    I have one on my Pearl. I love it because I am rough with my Pearl. Been on it since I got this replacement. A few days I took it off so I could blacken the white LED below the trackball. My phone looks new!
