Lypp Mobile - Long distance calls anywhere in US/Canada, 2.5˘ a min
Lypp Mobile is a simple way to manage your long distance charges from your BlackBerry. Schedule your weekly calls, manage your phone book and forget about it - Lypp does all the dialing for you. Lypp Mobile also supports 3-way calling.
Here's how it works:
To create a call from your mobile device using Lypp, you will need Instant Messaging software and an Instant Messaging account with Google Talk, Yahoo! Messenger, MSN Messenger or AIM. Next, add the Lypp Buddy (supplied at sign up; it's kind of like our mobile call operator) to your IM contact list and by sending IM messages, you can create calls, manage your account information, view contacts and even invite friends to use Lypp.
For example, if you want to call your friend Erik who is a contact in your Lypp phonebook, send the following IM message to the Lypp Buddy: call 6046297990 or call erik
With nationwide calling why is this needed? Plus the extra step of an IM client? I don't get it. However, something like this for International calling would be great.
i was thinking the same thing

For security reasons, I am curious as to whether or not the conferenced calls are recorded? Are all calls recorded, how long are they kept on file, etc...
