As was scooped before by Engadget, the camera is on the other side because they changed the orientation of the phone when shooting. You now hold the phone with the camera button up, display on left, like a real camera (try it on your current Pearl and tell me that doesn't feel more natural ... :-) ). Should also be a higher resolution too...

Just in reference to a previous question.. Is the new pearl thicker than the previous version? In the photos it seems to look thicker in size.. or it could be the angle of the shot..

I like the two speakers but I don't like the external SD card holder, it reduces the simplicity look of the pearl.
