Thumbs up Is this what investors are scared of?

This seems to be a fair Motorola Q review. RIM's stock price has been affected but more in a reactive nature. Look for RIM to climb back up within days or weeks after Motorola users begin to experience the Q.

Look for Verizon, Cingular and other US carriers to push this device (Motorola Q) intensively via TV ads and other Media. Much like they do with the Treo handhelds. It would be nice to see the Canadian's RIM Blackberry pushed equally as the competitors' devices. RIM has done wonders with the exposure and hype that they basically created on their own. - (A good read)

~~Posted via BB (wap.pinstack.com)~~After reading the article and a few others. I would say this is a good time to buy stock in RIM. I'm going to look into it myself. Granted I suspect it will fall a little more do to pending litigation.
But if you are willing to ride this out, could be a wise investment. Does anyone know if even RIM stock is available for purchase?

Looks cool. Saw an ad yesterday on the internet. Nice and slim, with a really cool camera w/ flash on the back and a scroll wheel.

    New Motorola Q features

There are two features RIM has that I look for in another device.

    - Autotext (at least 128 chars capable)
    - Press & Hold character to capitalize.

As simple as these features are, they make a distinguishing difference in productivity and consequently affect my purchase decision.

Does anyone know if Q will host these features?

Does anyone know if Motorola intends to make a Q that hosts a ppc Windows Mobile OS ?

Reason why Cingular or anyother carrier should not push the BB: Data/Internet prices are way too high.
Sprint and T-Mobile have the right price points, Cingular and Verizon are way too expensive. Unfortunately, Cingular and Verizon have the best coverage, so you are stuck with them in terms of total coverage...

RIM is a publicly-listed company. I think the ticker is RIMM. Check it out.

Personally I think Motorola needs to work on making a phone that can actually stay working hardware wise for more than 6 months before they try takeing on the BB world
