Well, I tried to click on the menu bar for live chat and nothing happened. I am about to try it on my BB. Hopefully it works.

I still can not get in on my BB. The link is there but nothing happens when I push the link. Can anyone help?

I was finally able to get into chat through my AOL browser! I am still not able to get in through my BB browser though. I have the 8310. Does this make a difference?

I was just searching for BB live chat in google and came across this. I'm trying to get in but I'm completely without a clueeeee on what I'm doing. I can't even access it from my computer. Help!

I JUST joined this forum, so PLEASE bear with me. I dont see the link anywhere to join live chat. And i mean ANYWHERE. I just got a BB Curve 8330, and i cant figure out how to change the stupid alerts.....dont have a CLUE how to change my ringtone. Please help!
