    Google Docs has added the ability to edit mobile spreadsheets for smartphone users with Webkit-based web browsers.

    doesnt DOCs TO GO (free copy with OS 4.5) provide this service... you just cant create them... work around... send yourself a copy of a blank spreadsheet and then edit it...

    Google Docs is an online documenting system. Docs To Go lets you edit local files (stored on your phone) however anywhere you have access to internet you can access Google Docs to view your documents and spreadsheets and in some cases edit hence the news.

    Think of it as cross-platform.
