For those who use GMail as their main mobile mail hub, there's good news. GMail has finally opened up the ability to send mail through 3rd party SMTP servers. While previously you've been able to send mail through GMail from another email account, say a work account, it always contained the, "On behalf of:" tag. That's no more. Now, when you compose email on your mobile device to send from the GMail app, it can forward the message through your ISP or other hosting servers SMTP system, thereby creating a more professional look to your messages.
