I'm curious: how does one 'wear' a cellphone?

    ...belt clip, pocket pouch, etc

It's like sporting a belt. It's attached to you!

I'm so glad to hear I'm not the only one! But I get phantom purse vibration since that's where my BB rides when we're out and about.

Funny u should mention this...when I first got my pearl I had the phantom vibrations all the time...later I was put on valium and never had them since!

Yeah, guilty - I've been feeling that for awhile know, but lately it was happening a bit more. And Yes, my BB is my Alarm and I do wake up in the middle of the night (like now, replying in the dark in the middle of rolling over) to check that phantom Vib, but its all Good!

This happens to me fairly often... I sometimes feel it ring in the wrong pocket. I'll think my phone is vibrating in my left pocket, but it's really in my right.

The weirdest thing I ever had happen was my phone was in my breast pocket (dress shirt) on silent. And I had a funny feeling in my heart, so I grabbed my phone and it was rigning on silent. eek... never again

As far as I've noticed, it's how I carry my BB.
I rotate between carrying it clipped on my belt or in my pocket.

Everytime, I'd spent enought time (a couple of days) carrying it on my belt, I start to feel this phantom vibrations... Funny thing is, to me I can feel my muscles twitching.

Glad to see this. My buddy and I were just talking about this and wondering what it was attributed to. Completely makes sense.

This happens to me all the time... And I actually have my BB in my hand a majority of the time... It actually vibrates in my hand too! With no sign of any messages... Grr! I am convinced they are not phantom vibes... They are very real... Just RIM's way of making me think I'm going out of my mind... But I know better... RIM you can't fool me! I know the vibrations are real...Just come out and tell us the truth.
