    Slow on older devices

Nice app but runs slow on 7250. To avoid painful load time, I am keeping it running in memory.

Great application but limited on cities. I can only get a city 2 hours from me, so doesn't do much good. Sticking with good ole BB weather.

Really? I tried a battery pull, which is what I assume you meant by hard reset, and it's no different. I still can't get a short term forecast... I'll play with the permissions, but I can't see what that will change since the rest of the app works flawlessly.

Short Term Forecast info for U.S. folks...

Well, I'd sent a brief note to TWN about the short term issue, and this is what I got back.

    Thank you for your feedback.

We are working on getting the short term forecast data for the US. Right no=
w it's not available but will be shortly.

    Kind regards,
So, there you have it... straigh from Manuela at TWN.

    Short term?

Love the app... I showed a guy at work who also has 8130 and neither of us can get "short term weather" to work. Is anyone else experiencing this? Other then that it works like a charm - love how the icon changes every 30 min.

No short-term for me either. From StarMile's post, it seems that they're aware of the issue, and we will get the feature "shortly".

I like a few things about the new app. I like the changing icon and caption especially. But I really could do without having an embedded clickable ad. BBWeather has been so good for me -- if it could show an entire 5 day forecast in a single screen, it would be perfect...

This has good potential. The UI is great for a BB app. I too have no short term forecast which I'm sure they will resolve soon. However the ads are just too annoying for me and much too easy to accidentally click on.

~via BB (wap.pinstack.com)~Nice program! For the few days I've had it I love the desktop feature and how it changes according to weather. Although I use the Weather Channel through bbtoday and use accuweather for radar, this little program complements them very well.

I like the program, but still not sure if it will replace BB Weather for me. Do you need to keep this program running for the icon to update or will it connect by itself? I've found I have to keep it running or the temp gets off.

I really like this. The only thing is, the short term forecast always says "Sorry, Data Is Unavailable". For me this is a keeper.
