T-Mobile was restored in the south shore (south of Boston) area of Massacusetts just a few mins ago. The outage in this area lasted for about 2 and a half hours.

The 90 – 120 minute delay is to catch up on the emails sitting waiting to go out. The outage was approximately 3 hours 30 minutes

T-Mobile in Philly area. Mine is working but I have about a 30 min delay on emails. I am also on edge, not EDGE.....

I'm still having trouble receiving service books and browsing, and e-mail is very slow. I do have 1XEV, not 1x or 1xev. VZW 8130 in NC on BIS.

It appears to be back up in Indiana. I've got browser and email. My phone service also died in this. All calls out ended with "Call failed, try again later." Calls in bounced to voicemail. I had to call Verizon. The tech had me dial *228 and hit option one to initialize phone service.
