just got this information from information week.
Columbus Ohio, I had trouble today 9 AM to appr 2 PM EST, but I resent my service books and so far everything SEEMS to be ok . . .
I am in North East Texas and went for about 3 hours earlier today without receiving any mail and then at 1:28pm I received about ten emails.
Everything seems to be back to normal now though because I just sent an email a few minutes ago and I received it on my BB immediately.
Good luck to everyone else that is still experiencing problems...

Does anyone know if there is a timeline on when this will be fixed?? i'm helpless without my bb
I am in Central Texas and got e-mail this morning, then stopped ever since, probably about 5 hours now, I'm glad to know I wasn't alone in this.
No messages here either for the last few hours... yahoo and from an IMAP account. On BIS... hmmm.
Some services are back up and running as normal in most areas (Gmail and yahoo, etc).
However, it still seems as if all blackberry.net email address are still effected.
They are sending out fine, however they are not receiving.
Will update as I get more info.

There is a Widespread Blackberry outage as of 10:00AM EST this morning.
My phone was working fine all day but all of a sudden I stopped receiving my messages.
I tried a battery pull and still nothing. I then went on the BB browswer sent myself the services books and that didn't even go through. Went on the Tmobile website and sent the service books through the site and that also didn't go through! I dunno what else to do!!![/quote]
