    I only suffered for a few hours the other day but have had zero issues since then with any emails being pushed immediately to me, including Yahoo.

    It's probably a good idea for anyone still having problems to do a battery pull and resend their service books because from what I have read, RIM states there are no more issues on their end.

    Not that I saw, which has been causing some issues from Blackberry from their major users like Fortune 50 company's and the US Government since they have been going down, not telling anyone for hours or days and then not releasing the cause.

    RIM needs to do a better job of getting the information out to their users much more quickly in the future.

    nope and I'm not really feeling the concern level given by RIM. just cuz we're not BES power users doesn't mean we deserve less response time as to why we had a major service outage and what is being done to prevent it from ever happening again.
