Have never got it to work. Have tried all suggestions on this thread and still get to the main screen and then goes back to my home screen with an uncaught exception error : Aplication sxt (#) is not responding; process terminated.

The (#) changes each time. Last time I tried was (120). Using an 8800 with 4.2.1.74.

Deleting this application now. Bummer for me.

Interesting - I'm using a BlackBerry 8800 running BlackBerry OS 4.2.1.68, with no problems...

Are your songs in either MP3 or AAC format?

So far those are the known compatible audio types.

    To create a playlist:

    1) Select Songs, Artists, Albums (I chose Artists).

    2) Scroll to and highlight the Artist you want to add to the playlist.

    3) Open the Player menu option.

    4) Scroll down to Add To Playlist.

To organize the order of the songs in your play list:

    1) Open the playlist. Highlight a song you want to move up or down.

    2) Press the Menu button.

    3) Highlight Player

    4) Scroll down to Move Up or Move Down until you get the songs in the order you want them. An alternative easier way to do this is to hold the ALT key and roll the trackball up or down.

Thanks, but I knew that. My post was regarding creating a playlist with a specific title. Your method is still only for adding to the "On The Go" playlist.

I want to be able to create playlists like:

    -Workout Music
    -Sparring Music
    -Yard work music
    -Running Music

I already suggested it since I didn't see a "Create Playlist" option.

Oh ok. I wasn't too clear on what you wanted.
