I have been trying to log into the Cingular(RIM) website so i can change a setting but no dice. I called Cingular and they said RIM's server is down. They said all email function may be slow or not working at all. So if you guys are having a problem just hang in there.Cingular said it should be up at 12:00am EST, but the guy said it could be longer. Im in Philadelphia and the guy i spoke with was in central canada so i think it is a north american market issue..I hope it starts working soon..

Anyone else affected by this "nationwide issue with BlackBerry (RIM)". I am getting no emails, pin messages and cannot use the BB Browser.

Hmmmm.... not sure... was talking to someone on BB Messenger an hour ago. However I can not seem to get Pinstack to load on the BB Browser at the moment.

Hi all
I have been having problems with my internet connection. I deleted my service books and resent them to myself but nothing is happening. My internet icon is gone and so is my email icon. What should I do?

You need to have the service books resent. For T-Mobile you can log into thier website via a PC and have them resent.

There have been reports of service issues tonight, so it may not be you or you BB.

I tried changing my gmail address in tmo BIS and it won't send service books. "Temporarily Unavailable".

I can't get webpages to load on the BB Browser - I am on T-Mobile in the USA.

I am having issues on T-Mobile too. Not able to load web pages... testing a little right now.

Update - BBM worked fine, sent my hubby a message across the room and earned a dirty look. Still waiting on my test emails and still no luck on the web browser.

I've been on hold with RIM Tsupport for 10 mins.
Not sure if it's tmo or Cingular only yet. But nobody on my BES shows contact since 8.15p eastern
