What about using this on my Verizon 8330 that has 4.5.0.97?
Should I stay with what I got, or get this one?
Members said the official Verizon one wasnt as good as the .97 so I left it.

You could try it. If I remember right this is so far the highest official release out so if you want an official and not a beta I would grab it. I have been using it since DM 4.7 came out and haven't had any issues.

Do you know if any of the 4.5 OSs have the ROAM ONLY option?

so they can break their service contract by having the provider terminate them for roaming too much

Was just messing around and found this info that might be helpful to some.

Blackberry Curve 4.5
BlackBerry Personal users (BIS) can now get the FREE BlackBerry Curve 8330 software update which includes Picture/Video Messaging, 8 Gig storage card capacity, Photo Geo-tagging, Documents To Go (Word/PowerPoint), BlackBerry Maps, and more.

BlackBerry Curve Device OS v4.5 - Enterprise
BlackBerry Enterprise Users can now take advantage of the FREE BlackBerry Curve 8330 4.5 software update. The software will include Picture/Video Messaging, 8 Gig storage card capacity, Docs 2 Go and much more.

I believe the 8 gig Storage is incorrect because on the BB website it states anything over .81 will support 16 Gig.

Nope sorry it will only work on the 8330. You can go here and try one of the 4.5 versions listed any of them will work. Just follow the how to and remember to delete the vendor.xml and you should be good to go.

Havent noticed the speaker phone issue since I upgraded last week. I also have had no memory leaks I am aware of other than user caused ones.

Not at all. Please do not assume I am trying to do something illegal. I just came to sprint from verizon because they offer 3G(EVDO) near where I live. However where my actual house is located I only have 1 bar or no signal. When I roam on US Cellular towers I have 5 bars even though its only 2G(1X). The current 8330 4.3 OS DOES have this option and it works flawless.
