If this BlackBerry is legit it will most likely be pulled from auction or something of the sort. If not legit, then someone's going to spend a lot of $$$ on a piece of crap.

I just received an answer from the seller.

I'd sent them a note, telling them that this phone may be a prototype, or fake phone, and that it was the talk of the forums. They replied:

"Thanks for the tip."

That was it - No other information, but they have to know something is going on just because of the number of hits on the auction and the price it's up to. I've been selling on eBay for almost 10-years and every once and a while, I sell something and have no idea it's a sought after item - until I see the hits, someone tells me, or the price skyrockets.

im like in hard contimplation. if i knew for a 100% fact this was a real phone. id bid high enough to garentee id get it. but not knowing is burning me up inside. and the seller isnt answering any questions. but whats killllling me and making me sit here starring at my screen wondering if i should blow 4 digits on a possible fake phone. is curiosity

ask him/her to tell you the info inside of the phone___thats if he/she is willing to work with you..........we all know the label is in there if its ligit.
