    Add one:

    ICE (In Case Of Emergency)

Most (if not all) Medical Personnel are now trained to have this on their checklist if a person is unresponsive and they need to contact someone.

Although, it's not going to do much good if your knocked out and your BlackBerry is password locked.

Great list! I have read to also put like Mom, Sister, Husband, etc instead of their names so they will know who to call first. I have Hubby, Mommy, Daddy, and Sister Stacy in mine. They are also the ones on my speed dial.

I do have my doctor's numbers in there too, both office numbers.

I have my personal info with the ICE number. so that way when my phone is locked it still shows the ICE number.
Normal is but just a setting on a dryer

Thats a great list but very few people know about the ICE entry. I had to be taken to the hospital and no one bothered to look up my parent's home phone number under ICE in my cell phone (which was on me). Hopefully more people read threads like this and become more educated about small details that could help someone out.

I had pretty much all the numbers, except for the locksmith. I guess I could use the infospace app on my BB. Great article, will pass it on!~via BB (wap.pinstack.com)~

My locked screen says the following:

    My Name
    If found please contact:
    W: <work phone number>
    E: <email address>
    Emergency: <wife's cell>

Works great and fit on both my Pearl and my Curve screen.
    As always, just my opinion...
