If you have Tmo you may not have to load the other OS to get it to work. I just followed the info to remove the vendor note in a file and poof it worked.

I have 7130e. I downloaded the Zen theme OTA and it installed succesfully (so the BB said) I dont see it in the theme list..what do I do. I am using the most recent version os and have restarted it after install. Please Pin me (300E2805) or email jr.corra@vzw.blackberry.net

I noticed when I upgraded the OS to 4.1.0.292 my BB runs slower still have 8.5MB left and when I enable the ZEN theme it runs even slower. Nice theme but really slows down my BB. Any solutions?

I just kept using my bb constantly once I loaded the theme and eventually it got faster. However, I had to uninstall that theme and the OS as I had problems using Desktop Manager.

I'm gonna try this one more time but I noticed when I had it before that I was not able to get the following themes:

Bell, Rogers, O2 list/icon, T-Mobile, Verizon, and Vodafone.

Where are they located and how do I activate them?

I'm back. My BB will not allow me to upgrade the OS anymore to use the Zen theme. All of the installs fail to complete so I am stuck with 4.0.2.49.

just a note to remember, this theme is more processor intensive then the others. This is the first of new "enhanced" themes, that are actually part of the OS, not just a skin.

This theme was never intended for certain models.

Intended models are the 8700x series and 7130 series. Even though it works on other models, its not intended for it.

The new Vodofone theme on the 8707x with the RIM Today screen will eventually be available for the 7130 and 8700's as well, but I dont see it available for other models.

I guess I misread that because I assumed it was for all models with 4.1.0.292 or higher.

Yeah, I had problems with desktop manager as well. I thought I'd did something wrong. I changed themes my bbs runs a little faster. I like the 4.1.292 upgrade the default theme is nice enough, I don't need the ZEN Theme running. But it still doesn't run as fast as it did before the OS upgrade.

I can't even get that to load anymore. I only have 4.0.2.49 on my BB now. I get Runtime Install error messages now.

This is what I get when I try to upgrade: 1607: Unable to install InstallShield Scripting Runtime.

On the 8700g, there's a button right next to the icon, and it is a one touch access to themes.

I just noticed something really strange. I was able to somehow get the Dimension-Icon theme and OS 4.1.0.292 Platform 1.8.0.143) on my 7100t but why am I having problems with my 7105t? Any answers?
