    Question Yellow pages icon

So I was doing a battery pull this morning and after rebooting, I noticed an icon for yellowpages.com. I have no idea where it came from and it isn't listed in my applications list.

Any thoughts on how to get rid of this?

    Thanks in advance.

Load up the Desktop Manager and see if it appears in the applications list there.

i had the same thing last night. I think it gets sent with the service books now. I deleted the service book for yellowpages and then pulled the battery after. When the phone rebooted the yellowpages icon was back.

Yeah it just appeared there. It was weird. I noticed it because it was in the usual place my browser icon was.

    That did the trick. Thanks.

    Edit: It didn't work.

The same thing happened to me when I upgraded to OS 4.5.0.81 yesterday and this morning I noticed the Yellowbook icon... I did the same thing last nite and it was gone after rebooting.......

I clicked on it and it took me to the instalation page

Guess all we can do is hide it.
