After installing the new OS...I've noticed my tackball lights up now with psychodelic colors. I do not have any of the trackball color programs installed either....

If i look dead on to the track ball its green to the left..red to the right and purpleish on the bottom of the ball...is my pearl possessed now?

Just wondering if this is "normal" lol...
lol mine has done this since day one right out of the box I thought this was normal.lol

StevenInStL press your call (green phone) button, then click on the BB button...the one to the left of your trackball....click your trackball on Options and then click on General Options and then go to Ringtone lighting and select no instead of trackball and your pearl should be nice and white when you receive calls.....

i upgraded, but i'm guessing i didn't edit the alx like i was supposed to. i thought i did, the steps are pretty simple.

did anyone else unlock the vendor themes? how many new ones did it give you? all i see is the "rogers" one.

It should look like this, if you have TMO. vendor code for TMO is 100

hey zippys - did you check your tcp settings to make sure they didn't get messed up in the upgrade?

::edit:: the reason i say this is because i checked this morning and mine had been wiped out - had to reenter them

Make sure you're editing the new AXL file for the 1.94 OS

    1. Is there any compelling reason to open all the vendor themes that I am unaware of, other than just wanting a variety of themes?
    2. Since I don't want additional themes, can I delete them when I upgrade? (I have heard not to delete the Zen theme)
    1. the only reason we unlock themes is to have a variety of options. and the vendor themes are generally better than the other downloadable themes.
    2. you cannot delete the themes that came with the os.
