And why you don't buy an external cardreader to fill the mSD with music? Ok, it's not the smoothest way but it'll work an an workaround.

my thoughts exactly...too bad rim had to bury that card under the battery or else it really would be no big deal. Actually would be easier than digging into my notebook bag to find the usb cable.

I am running Vista and have no problems with DM. (I'm using v 4.2.2.14)

    Try...

    Options
    Advanced
    Media Card
    Mass Storage Mode Support: On

    and then try using USB..

Orrr... Enable bluetooth on your phone
    Media
    Go into any directory
    select "Receive Using Bluetooth"

    and on your computer..
right click on the file you want to send to your phone
    send to >> Bluetooth device
    and select your phone

Yep, thats right. RIM could spend the BB an HotSwap-mSD-Slot. Perhaps they can take this as a suggestion for the future units.

Pearl 2 has a side MicroSD slot, thank god. So they did listen to their consumers.

    Re: Wipe Handheld?

~via BB (wap.pinstack.com)~ I have Vista on my PC and have absolutely no problems what so ever using DM and connecting mine & T wifes Pearl with the USB. And no problems with video converter and transferring music/videos onto our Pearls. hope you figure it out soon though.
