    Why no video from cnn,s.i. yahoo ??

    Guys, I just bought a new 8100c, all is well, why can I not get any video from CNN,Yahoo,S.I. on the internet? I am new to all of this so please bear with me. Should I have bought a Blackjack?

    Hey joe,welcome to pinstack. The problem is flash. The pearl can not use flash applications. Those are needed to stream video, but don't let your hopes down yet. You can visit this site tinytube.com to download videos and watch them right from your phone.

    Will it ever be possible for the Pearl to use flash. Can 3rd parties or even RIM ever add the feature. It seems strange that little flip phones all over the place can use streaming video, but a new expenses advanced phone like the Pearl cannot.

    Ye sometimes it makes me wonder lol. To answer your question, it is very possible that pealr will support flash as soon as some kind of a 3rd party softwares comes out.
