its an extra one that you pay for besides the plan...
what carrier do you have??
verizon...plz help me out man this is gettin me heated.
First take a deep breath...
Now, do you know if you have a data plan added as joshua.sean said?
If you aren't sure, best bet is to call your carrier (Verizon) and ask what
you have on your account and if it includes MMS which is what you need to
What you can do for now to check is on BB go to:
Options>Advanced Options>Service Book> and here scroll down and look for something that says
MMS Client [MMS] or something similar to that.
If that isn't there you can push service books, but you need a data
plan and that's what we need to find out.
Also, what kind of device do you have?
Can you fill in your device details for us in your profile please?
If you have a non camera phone, with Verizon mms msgs won't send or
k am checking and took deep breath...lol bear with me
did you already get the "your bb is registered with the network" message already ...
i'm thinking resending service books may be required

He's not sure if he has a data pkg. He's checking that now.
yeah i can call snd normal txts n erthing can receive pic msgs but not send em
Ok if you can receive pic msgs, try this first:
On BB go to ~
Options>Advanced Options>Host Routing Table>scroll over any entry there and hit
Then you'll want to log on to your Verizon BIS site via PC and resend your service books.
edit...k I see u know how to do the service books
try re-registering the HRT.
