I also have tmo and was looking forward to getting a Bold. But now it may not be coming to tmo at all. So, KickStart, or Thunder. But my Pearl is far from retired.

I'm thinking the same thing, but I gotta see it in person first.

    I've had 2 8310's(1 red, 1 Titanium) and 2 8100's(1 Black, 1 Red)

I loved the 8310's Camera and GPS, but loved the 8100"s size the best. when they released the 8110, I had to have it. Is the KickStart gonna have GPS, I cant remember, god I hope so or it's probably a no go for me.
I got my 1st Blackberry on 11/30/2007. I'm allready addicted.

My BB also functions as my phone, so based on that and the size factor, I'll be staying with my Pearl. I love SureType too.

It depends on what you're looking for. I'm not getting an Iphone even if it were a gift I'd sell it the second I get it.Thus, I anxiously wait for the Thunder. If you like touchscreens get the thunder if not get the bold and if the bold's not what you're looking for and dig flip phones get the kickstart

Well Verizon's BB future is not entirely certain. But if they manage to eventually get both the Bold and the Thunder I think it's a easy choice. But I have been saying it for some time now that flip phones have their use so that Kickstart is also looking pretty money! But I'll have to say Bold for now, since I already have a Curve.

8120.....but it really all depends on what one is looking for. If I had to depart from the Pearl's form and size it would probably be the Bold or the Kickstart.

The Pearl is far from over the hill though.

I like my pearl a lot for its compactness. And the fact that it still looks like just a phone to the casual onlooker. However after playing with a couple other devices by rim and now owning a curve too I am considering a full change over I just love the scren size of the curve and the qwerty keyboard. The pearls suretype is pretty good but sometimes frustrating to no end. Regards cHAd. ~via BB (wap.pinstack.com)~
