I tend to use my blackberry a lot, even while eating and yea, you guessed it, its getting on the greasy side. Whats the best way to get that grease off and get my blackberry clean again?

Windex and a paper towel. Keep your thumbs clean, or you'll have to pop out the trackball assembly and Windex that too

I don't know if this is good or bad, but I actually buy alcohol pads and rub it on my bb once a week or so. The alcohol pad usually ends up a greyish looking color, but I know my bb is clean. I am using a bold. I did this with my Curve as well. Make sure you don't press too hard or the alcohol will seep into the keyboard or along the openings.

I usually take the alcohol pad and graze it on my bb. It makes it sooo fresh and sooo clean, clean.

Alcohol pads are good, but never, EVER use paper products on your device! (BERRY!)

Paper is made from wood.....may seem nice and soft but they are abrasive and will eventually scratch your device! Use a clean microfiber cloth of some sort.....you can get them in any eyeglass shop.

I'd also recommend Novus Polish products. Comes in three formulas for polishing and scratch repair.

As I was saying before my computer cut out, I use rubbing alcohol on q tips as well for the trackball on my pearl, so I second the rubbing alcohol pads.

    Pop the ring w/a fingernail.
    Drop assy in palm.
    Spray thoroughly w/Windex.
Roll ball every which way, depressing it.
Flex rollers away from assy w/fingernail.
    Let dry 30 min.
Drop assy back in, hangers to R&L.
Position three prongs, and press ring back in.
PIN me w/any probs. I'm here for ya

It may just be me but I have a hard time talking myself into putting liquid of any kind on an electronic device.

Well, none of my Devices every got that bad that I had to Clean it, I mean the screen with the grease every now and than, but if I had to use something I guess it would be a Disinfecting Wipe, you know one of those Clorox or Lysol ones...

And with the Leather Backing, I don't know maybe just a moist paper towel.
