    Re: weather

Don't use the push weather, it's not very good.

Get BB Weather from the JerryD's OTA thread, I have a link in my signature to that thread.

    Good Luck

Yep, you can try the push weather from mobile.blackberry.com, but you can only get it pushed twice a day. ::Looks at bb weather:: Oh! 89 degrees! ::looks out window as snow falls::: Um... Yeah, scrap that, don't try the push weather! LOL

    Re: weather

~via BB (wap.pinstack.com)~ I use three things for weather:

    1) BBWeather

    2) NOAA forecasts for mobile phones. You can set your local area, then boommark it.

    3) Animated weather maps:

    4) If you want to be really cool you can create a shortcut from your homescreen to #2 or #3 with the Browser Shortcut Utility.

Why not just use your browser and go to www.Weather.com?

Try emergencyemail. You can set to have homeland emergencies or breaking weather news sent right to your blackberry email addy.

    Re: weather

You can also sign up at accuweather.com for email alerts for severe weather. I get forecasts in the AM and alerts for my area. So far as I can see no spam came with the service.
