LOL, U had 14days after u bought the phone to get an insurance on it if u did lucky u if u didnt, sucks!!! Maybe u could get away with it if u tell em u have som kinda software issue and not tell em u dropped it but I stll think they might find out when they receive the phone.

I have been getting insurance on my phones since t-mobile started offering it.

I wouldn't buy a phone over $50.00 until they offered it.

~via BB (wap.pinstack.com)~as long as there's no physical damage that can be seen, they'll offer a free exchange. You just pay shipping.

you got to be careful because if there is physical damage to your phone then they probably won't excahnge it. if you are with in the 14 days just let them know that there was a software problem and they'll swap it out

I just exchanged my phone a week ago with tmobile and it was free.

I couldn't hear calls unless I put them on speaker or with a headset.

I guess there's a 12 month warranty. As long as no physical damage had been to the pearl you're ok.

By the way the shipping was free as well, unless you want to spend like 15 dollars to get it a couple days earlier. But they can give you a reference number so that you can borrow a pearl from your local tmobile store until it arrives.

    Re: Warranty for T-Mobile

If there is any damage at all just say its a software problem, at the very least you will exchange your phone and pay an out of warranty fee of $100. that is much cheaper than buying a new one. And use this time of the exchange to add the equipment protection, its $5.99/month with $110 deductible.
