    Hello .

Try leaving yourself a voicemail and then deleting it.

If the above suggestion doesn't work call your service provider to reset your voice mail for you. This should get rid of it.

But mine for some reason keeps coming back, I just got tired of it and just let it be.

Something else you can do is switch voicemails. Check this out, I use it and it is great:

you could also try a battery pull. Just pull the battery out of the BlackBerry while it is turned on and then put it back in.

I do have to laugh at times how everyone reverts to, "do a battery pull."

A battery pull truly solves a lot of problems. Just like when people tell me they are having PC problems...My first response is, "Have you done a restart?"

I agree to...thats how i explain it to people. If you have a problem with your pc you reboot your computer. So if you have a problem with your blackberry you should do the same thing.

Resetting the device is not always the solution , its a cheap hack to bypass what the real problem is. . Try backing up your information on your device then do a restore on the device . If issue persists call tech support if your still in your warrenty zone , and resetting the voicemail fixes all kinds of issues I have to agree on that

It's not a cheap hack to bypassing the problem. It's a solution to the problem as sometimes, the BB just needs a reboot after so many up-hours and something internal malfunctions.

Do you reload the OS on your Windows-based PC everytime it has a problem? I seriously doubt it. Because if you did, you would be in a constant cycle of doing that process.

Not really , sounds more like a firmware issue than anything else . Unless you have some good advice for fixing the problem
