I have the same problem on Vista (two btooth devices with no drivers loaded) but I am tethering fine over bluetooth. Did no even had to enter any specific AT commands on the device manager.

    Smile Got it!

I had the same problem with my pearl and Dell XPS m1330. When it gives you the option, select to "browse your computer for driver software", then select "Let me pick from a list of device drivers on my computer" for the type of device choose Bluetooth Virtual Device. The two drivers I picked seem to be working. However, I have absolutely no clue as to what it did/does or if they're even useful other than stopping that annoying pop-up.
