    I just downloaded the 66 OS. Its working and everything. What happens if you don't delete the vendor xml?

    It should see that the OS file and the device do not match if it was not from your carrier and not install - I'm guessing
    ~A BlackBerry without a data plan is just a berry without the crack.~

    Right, if the OS is not for your BB and you dont delete the vendor.xml file nothing will happen when you try to install it.
